Model withdrawal form

If your order is delivered to Ireland or elsewhere in the European Union, or to the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from receiving it to withdraw, without giving a reason. Copy the form below into an email to contact@the-pilates-socks.com and send it. That is all it takes.

You are not obliged to use this form. Any unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw is valid. The form exists so that you do not have to work out what to write, and so that your statement carries the date you send it.

What happens next

We acknowledge your withdrawal by email, without delay.
You send the goods back within 14 days of your statement. Return postage is paid by you.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, or of you proving you sent it, whichever comes first, using the payment method you used to order.

Where this right applies

Ireland and the European Union. The 14-day right comes from Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in Ireland by the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. The form above is the model form set out in Annex I(B) of that Directive.

United Kingdom. The same 14-day right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The form above serves equally well.

United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. There is no statutory cooling-off period for an online purchase in these countries, and we will not imply otherwise. What applies there is our own guarantee below, which is contractual and binds us.
